年8月至11月间，洮南市居民杨某、张某二人以为他人办理公租楼为名义对十一名群众进行诈骗，骗得金额高达数十万元。

该案由于受害群众多、诈骗金额大，得到洮南市公安局各级领导高度重视。通达派出所接到群众报案后，广辟线索，在所领导的带领下，办案民警立即展开调查，于近日将诈骗案破获，为受害群众追缴赃款十余万元，为老百姓挽回了经济损失。

近日，通达派出所召开反脏大会，民警将追缴的全部赃款返还到受害群众手中。
